Credit Processor

Responsibilities :
Process fresh request or appeal for financing / loan requests according to the prevailing credit practice.
Ensure that key execution tasks are compliant with prevailing policies and procedures stipulated by the regulating authorities of the Bank and Bank Negara Malaysia in the course of pursuing business objectives.
Complete each task in a timely manner.
Adapt to fresh business policies and procedures in conjunction with changing specific business direction or broad economic climate.
Provide sound and objective credit recommendation in accordance to prescribed credit & fraud-prevention practices, compliance of the Bank’s policies & procedures and Bank Negara Malaysia’s guidelines & regulations.
Uphold service delivery quality through preservation of data accuracy and sanctity of data confidentiality.
Ensure completeness of financing / loan documentation, accuracy of identity document & adequacy of income documents.
Verify the authenticity of applicants’ requests and the awareness of related parties.
Analyze the financial standing of applicant, spouse and / or guarantors via public and private credit bureau records.
Identify suspicious transaction and / or detect any fraudulent elements.
Compute the financial capacity of each applicant.
Undertake any special assignments that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements :
Recognized degree preferably in banking / finance.
Preferably with minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in credit processing.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and effective communication both verbal and written.
Diploma holders with substantial years of related working experience will be considered.
Meticulous, systematic, positive attitude with strong initiative.
Strong knowledge of credit policies, procedures and practice.
Ability to make quick and sound credit decisions.
Results oriented and able to work with minimum supervision.
CCP holders are preferred

Call Centre Executive

Handle customers' enquiries on the Bank's products and services.
Process customers' transactions accurately in accordance to the set procedures and guidelines.
Respond to customers' requests efficiently and customers' complaints promptly.
Deliver world class 24-hours telephone customer service in a consistent and professional manner.
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma holder in any discipline.
Candidate with working experience in card centre, telemarketing, banking operations or customer service are highly encouraged to apply.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with customers of all levels.
Knowledge in third language / dialect will be advantageous.
A strong team player.
Willing to work on a 24-hour shift.
Must possess own transportation.
